Response time
We aim to reply within 2 business days. During the 2026 World Cup we may be a little slower because volume goes up — we still get to every message.
I joined the waitlist — what now?
You'll receive a launch email as soon as the app is ready. If you also opted in to the newsletter, you'll get occasional updates before that. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Is Club26 affiliated with FIFA?
No. Club26 is an independent app made by football fans for football fans. We are not endorsed by FIFA, the 2026 World Cup organizers, or any federation, club, or player.
How do I delete my account or my data?
See our dedicated Account Deletion page (/account-deletion). In short: you can delete from inside the app, or email privacy@club26.app and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
I found a bug. What should I do?
Please email support@club26.app with: what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot or a short screen recording is incredibly helpful.
